Hey guys,
a unique opportunity to visit one of the symbols of Ostrava. For sure you have heard of Lower Vítkovice area with its distinctive old factories, ironworks, furnaces and its dominant Bolt Tower. For all industrial lovers we organise an English excursion into this unforgettable place. To see the importance, this area belongs into the list of European cultural heritage.
In Ostrava, we decided to take care of our history and made a cultural centre of this area where music festivals and concerts take place, museums, science and technology centres, a theatre, restaurants, a music club or a climbing centre are located.
Excursion plan: 11:00 – 100 minutes long English guided tour around the blast furnace, Vítkovice history and pig iron production, including 30 minutes break at Bolt Tower with its amazing view of Ostrava.
